'This hotel is in the heart of the gas lamp district and makes it very easy to walk throughout the city to lots of restaurants, shops and amenities. The staff was extremely personable and helpful and always made a point to ask how things were and how I was enjoying my conference. 'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'The property is under major renovation. There was construction going on all night. The gym was also not available for use. In my opinion, they should close hotel during these extensive renovations. Not fair for travelers to have to live through their construction.'

'The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel.
