'Second time visiting the hotel. When I am in Oakland this is my go to hotel in the middle of downtown and lake activities.'

'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe. Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

'There was no balcony. The floor was dusty haven’t washed. There’s no bottled water. Bed frame was not good, little move make a noise. Staff was not friendly enough. The room was very damp and humid. There was a very strong musty smell. Smelled strongly of mold.'

'Friendly People!'

'Prima verblijfsplaats in buurt van San Francisco met BART aansluiting met 15 min. In de stad. Buurt wat minder.'

'One of them best i have stayed in Excellent owner and service '

'My toilet was clogged the entire time no matter how many times I complained it didn't get fixed. It smelled so bad. I had no microwave the the fridge didn't work.'
