'Dit hotel bevindt zich op een prachtig gelegen locatie! Kamers zijn erg netjes, stijlvol en schoon. De service is het restaurant is uitmuntend, zeer gastgericht. De 24/7 koffie en snack service in het café was ook boven verwachting. Ik kan over dit verblijf niets negatiefs melden. '

Lo único malo es que no creo que sea buena opción para viajar en familia, con planes de descansar o madrugar, porque en la noche se escucha la música de los antros, en sábado hasta la 1.30.'

'Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. '

'Por tercera o cuarta vez, notifico el problema que tuve en el cuarto durante mi estancia, la primer noche, todo bien, la segunda noche me di cuenta que faltaba un Costalito de joyería, joyería fina, en el cual estaba un regalo de mi hija y unos aretes de mi preferencia como les dije anteriormente no eran de oro, pero la joyería fina cara, pedí hablar con la manager del Hotel, creo que su nombre es Giselle, porque un empleado me lo dijo jamás atendió mis llamadas nunca en se me había perdido algo...

'The location of this hotel, was perfect for getting around on foot or by a rented driver. So much happening in the beautiful park across the street. Within walking distance of several important buildings and museums. The hotel was lovely, with amazing views. The breakfast had a great selection of dishes and the staff was always friendly and helpful! The rooms were modern and very clean and comfortable We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it. '

'Great location!!! Friendly and very helpful staff!! Do not be afraid to ask anything from them. Especially places to eat but make sure you know what you have a craving for. Just one con, there was a protest march when we were there and it got a bit noisy. Again the staff was great. Thank you guys'

'I appreciated the insta coffee machine the room but I wish the would have coffee available in the libby forlonger than 2hrs 5-7, I think most people would agree that are in a trip they would normally get up alittle later at least till tull 9.'
