'Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and covered deck. I was in a 1BDRM king suite with a beautiful fire place. There is no elevator to the 2nd for units but the maintenance staff was happy to help bring our things up. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.'

'This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...

'Everything was good except for little odds and ends here and there. But the water smelled like rotten eggs. Not sure why that is. But it was definitely a little unpleasant when showering and washing dishes. '

'Family trip and we loved our suite in every possible way. The place looked amazing, easy to check in, great view from the balcony. They have everything you need (towels, kitchen utensils, fireplace, etc) I really recommend this place. Will definitely visit again. '

'Stayed for our honeymoon and was pleasantly pleased. Had everything we needed or wanted. Was far enough away to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to enjoy downtown Gatlinburg. Thank yall so much. We will definitely be returning. '

'This property was so cozy and perfect for our little family. My kid enjoyed playing with the games and WiFi was great for a nice movie night. Kitchen was fully equipped and neighborhood was very quiet. Much needed peaceful stay. 100% recommend!'

'This was a graduation celebration trip for my son. We had a great time! Be very careful though cooking outisde on the grill and eating. We did have a bear walk out of the woods on us and we had to run inside. The bear got to enjoy our hotdogs. The cabin was great!'

'The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this...
