Cottages in Mountain Rest

'Great house to traverse the mountains and get some quiet peace time. The host was very responsive and the house was cool and clean during the summer heat. Would stay again. Great stuff. Patio was my favorite.'

'This gem of a cottage is in Clayton GA. We were a little over a mile from downtown but it felt very rural. The whole experience was fantastic. Weather was hot, but we stayed cool under the trees. Beautiful yard full of flowers. WARNING! There is no washer or dryer, so prepare for that. There are also gremlins in the cottage. They hid my hats and glasses until we left. Tanya contacted us and followed up until our stuff was returned. She is a great host. We will definitely stay here again when we...

'Our stay was great! Our family had everything we needed, we loved how clean the place was, how friendly our host was, and how easy check-in and check-out was. Thanks, Tom!'

'HVAC filter had not been changed in 9 mos-wish I had known that a 1/4 mile gravel access drive led to cottage. It rained every day and drive was full of mud holes.'

'We loved the cottage; everything felt a step above of other places I've stayed!'

'Very clean cottage with all the extras and dog friendly! So convenient to hiking, shopping, and dining. Our pup did very well here especially having a fenced in area to potty without his leash.'

'Incredibly comfortable cabin with lots of usable space..very close to town and hiking..many great restaurants to enjoy..hike to Secret Falls is a must..would definitely stay again !!'
