« Incredibly disappointed in how our check in came together. There was much confusion that, unfortunately cost us a day of our vacation with little flex from the management about what happened in our situation. Additionally, the place doesn't have any current information about Steamboat. All of the magazines and info are at least 2 years old. And there was no information about where the hot tub and pool were so we didn't get to experience that either. So all in all it was a lack luster...

« The 1 BR condo unit was adequate for our 3 night stay. There was plenty of drawer space for our luggage items. We were able to cook meals for ourselves. The kitchen was a bit tight to work in. The glassware was a bit limited requiring daily dishwasher runs. It could use a few more amenities like measuring cups and spoons for cooking.The place could use some updating but it worked. »

« Lost a star because the fireplace didn’t work for our entire stay. Admittedly, they tried to fix it, but couldn’t. Was very communicative with the manager, but it was just a bummer to not have a fireplace working during these cold ski weekends (it’s like the best part after a long day skiing!). »
