With a generous expanse of over 1,000 sq. ft., our hideaway boasts a spacious open layout that invites both relaxation and bonding. The meticulously designed kitchen, adorned with glistening granite countertops and rich hickory cabinets, seamlessly flows into the dining and living area. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen, equipped with everything you might need, ensures your culinary adventures are memorable.



Step into the living area and you're greeted by a charming fireplace, making those chilly nights feel warm and cozy. While the fireplace glows, recline on the sofa, and enjoy a movie on the TV – with cable provided. As the snow blankets the world outside, the ambiance here is nothing short of enchanting. Need additional sleeping space? Our comfy sleeper sofa has got you covered.



Morning coffee tastes better on the balcony. Accessed from the living room, it's the perfect spot to savor the panoramic mountain vistas and rejuvenate with the fresh alpine breeze.



Our sleeping quarters promise restful slumbers. The first bedroom is equipped with two snug twin beds, situated adjacent to a modern, full bathroom. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers a plush queen bed with a bathroom just across the hallway for utmost convenience.



Set only a brief 500-yard stroll (or a 7-minute walk) from the Ski Base Area/Gondola Square, The Rockies complex enhances your vacation with premium amenities. Dive into the heated pool, unwind in one of the two hot tubs, or perhaps prepare a grilled feast in the BBQ area. Summer visitors, the volleyball court beckons for some friendly competition!



Strategically positioned, our condo ensures Steamboat's attractions are at your fingertips. Whether you're here for the winter magic or summer allure, The Rocky Mountain Hideaway guarantees an unmatched base from which to explore. Convenient transport options like the city bus stop are just across the parking lot, while the vibrant downtown is a mere 2.5 miles away.



A gentle reminder: The unit does not feature A/C, which is typical for most homes in Steamboat, given the cool climate. However, fans are provided for your comfort. Parking is limited to one car per unit, and we regretfully cannot accommodate trailers. Also, the gas fireplace is turned off from May through November.

Guest Access:

You will have use of the entire unit. Check-in details are provided to you after you book. On the day of your arrival, our team will provide you with the most updated door code, detailed directions, and other important information regarding your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Near the ski mountain and town, you will find the best of all adventures Steamboat has to offer!



Getting Around:

Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is located on the second level and requires you to walk 18 steps, no elevator is provided.



The fireplace is only available during ski season months.



The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.
