The Space:
Welcome to Golden Oak, a recently-renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. Bring your family recipes and enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, large deck with grill (surrounded by nature), and fire pit. Our cabin comes stocked with indoor and outdoor games, so there’s a little something for everyone. The perfect getaway for hosting friends, family or small groups.

The cabin includes:

- 2 spacious bedrooms (1 Queen and Twin Bunk Bed)
- Full Bathroom with plenty of storage
- Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home
- Electric heat & portable AC (to keep you comfortable no matter the weather!)
- Large deck for grilling and relaxing
- Smart TV where you can quickly sign into your favorite streaming service
- Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls

Outside you’ll find:
- Brand new fire pit!
- Deck & propane grill
- Large yard for outdoor activities (we’ll provide the games)

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly.

Please note:
Our cabin is tucked away on a quiet country road, which adds to its charm! The road is unpaved and has a few potholes in spots, so we recommend taking it slow when you drive in. Most vehicles do just fine year-round, but we like to give guests a heads-up so you can plan for a smooth arrival.

Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close we are to Bryce Resort (about a 20 minute drive away). The resort has tons of things to do – from skiing and snow tubing in the winter, to swimming, kayaking, and golfing in the summer. And of course, many great restaurants, bars, and shops as well. Plenty to keep everyone entertained!

This area of Virginia has so much to offer, and Golden Oak is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or take in the sunsets. We’d love to host you!
