'My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned.
The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points.

'We were in town for the FIFA match. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff. The manager let us do an early check in for free and hung flags of the daily FIFA teams. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the rooms looked like they were recently updated. The towels seemed brand new. Good experience'

'The only suggestion is to have the guests that smoke walk away from the building to indulge as the residual smoke enters the windows, doors and other areas non-smoking guests use.
The staff were kind and made sure the public areas were clean and orderly.'

'We loved our stay at Cherry Warehouse and would return. Received detailed instructions for parking and entry. Lovely room that felt like we were in a studio apartment, not a hotel room, with very comfortable bed and bedding. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, appreciated the Nespresso in the common area, the decor and art books all made it a special place to stay. Good location, walking distance to National WWI Museum and the free Kansas City Streetcar. Great breakfast at The Garage across the street.'
