« We really enjoyed the property and location »

« This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

« Fantastic property with a fantastic view; we didn't want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. « My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay (with our two dogs)! Perfect location; close to Bryce Resort for downhill mountain biking (or skiing in the winter) and lots of hiking trails in the area. House was clean and so was the hot tub. Saw lots of wildlife during our stay. No issue with hot water in the shower like a previous review mentioned. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area! »

« My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. Place was well equipped and clean. Holly especially liked the goats and vice verse. Had great communication with Tyler through out. Starlink was flawless. Beautiful area. Would definitely stay there again. »

« They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. « David is an incredible host! We cannot thank him enough for hosting us for a week! Everything was just as described in the listing. The rooms were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. David was extremely receptive to all communication and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Canaan. « We stayed for my daughter 16th birthday she had a blast. We enjoyed the house it was beautiful and everything was clean. The hot tub was perfect and clean. We really enjoyed our trip. »

« Loved that this house is right on the slopes! Very clean and tidy. Beds felt comfortable and the house was well supplied with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, and cutlery. »
