'With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. 'We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. 'Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. 'We traveled as two adults with a dog. The holiday apartment is small, but sufficient for at least three people with a dog. The accommodation was clean and everything looked new. There were all sorts of materials for cleaning. The cordoned off area was particularly nice for us. A terrace with plenty of seating invites you to sit together in the evening. You can easily go for a walk with your dog in the surrounding fields. It took us twenty minutes to get to Disneyland Park.'
