'THE APARTMENT WAS AT A VERY NICE RESORT. THE CLEANING FEE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VRBO PRICE NOR WAS THE INFORMATION ABOUT BUYING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WHICH WAS OPTIONAL. THE MANAGER OF THE VRBO RESPONDED FAST TO ALL TEXT AND CALLS. LAST NIGHT OF THE STAY AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE DAY BUT IT GOT REPAIRED. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. OTHER THAN THAT EXCELLENT QUICK GETAWAY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE CHOICE.'

'I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street. '

'Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future'

'This unit was perfect for us. My husband and I travel with my Mom who’s in her 80s. Having 2 king suites was ideal. We loved the spacious balcony where we could sum if desired or sit in the shade. It was just steps from the pool & beach. This unit is also on a quieter side. No late night shows or bars. The host answered all my pre-booking questions and checked in on us to make sure we had all that we needed.'

'We spent great six days at Serenity by the Sea in Feb 2024. Our host Charmaine was very helpful with all our requests and made great suggestions and recommendations regarding transportation and sightseeing, for example. She hooked us up with Kay Robinson who organized our transfer to the apartment from Montego Bay Airport. 'We had a wonderful stay at Driftwood. This condo is exactly as described, decorated warmly, and is clean and well cared for - everything worked well and was easy to use. The balcony/patio is huge and amazing with a lovely view. We spent so much time on it. The condo complex is very quiet and peaceful with a clean and large pool that we had mainly to ourselves. The other residents and visitors were all very welcoming, as was the complex staff and security. We swam at their beach a little bit, but...

'I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.'

'This place is being renovated so if you like new it's not for you. It was amazing we had the best hosts and everyone on the property was nice and helpful all the time. The beach is beautiful and natural which makes it better than resort beaches. Very quiet and peaceful. I engaged to my gf in this vacation and it went absolutely perfect. 'Clean, secure, 24/7 security. Owner needs to say its on the 3rd floor. My son is a woubded veteran and owner told me its 2nd floor after i booked and that was a lie. Its on the 3rd floor. Dont like the area its located. There is NOTHING hip about its located near the "hip strip" in Montego Bay. Would never go back.'

'The property is right across the road from the Doctor's Cave Beach and Starbucks. Very easy access to the shops along Queens Drive and walking distance from Margaritaville and short walk to all nightclubs. The apartment itself was clean but the bathroom was not well lit. 'This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. Please book this place u will have the time of your life!! '

'I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay.'
