Flats in Jamaica

'Upon entering the apartment I was very disappointing. The kitchen needed to be updated, and that alone spoiled my vacation. The staff were very friendly, and the ocean view was great. The ocean view was the only part that was positive. I was so disappointed that I checked out the following day instead of staying for the two days I planned and paid for. Shopping was nearby since the apartment is located in the town , so I had no trouble finding a place to get something to eat.'

'Excellent location..bottom floor entrance with parking only a few steps away.'

'Everything was ok. I would not classify it as a “beach view”, but you can see the ocean in the distance. AC units are only in the bedrooms. Bathrooms and kitchen had windows that stayed open all the time (constant hot air flowing in). Nothing that would deter me from staying again!! Just an honest review. Orren (host) is very responsive and accommodating as possible. Staff all very friendly. Very centrally located to all the touristy things.'

'I absolutely recommend this unit to each other, who wanted a quite relaxing trip, the environment and hospitality is very good. Host Courtney ,is professional trustworthy and reliable. I really enjoyed business and vacation stay.'

'My wife and I took our 8yr old son, and what a great time we had!Andrew was a great host from start to finish! The room was exactly the way it is shown in the photos with more space than expected! Syd's on the Rocks was a great spot with a great staff. The location was fantastic as well, with plenty of things to do within distance to be enjoyable!I would recommend this vacation to everyone! YA MON!'

'Better hospitality at the front desk, the other staff was amazing '

'Check-in was Super Easy. Walked in and Everything was clean, neatly decorated and smelled good! You have an awesome view from the balcony! The Shower is Huge which we love because they are normally small in places we rent. Marvin was fast in responding when I had any questions. He also accommodated us staying another night as our flight was delayed coming in. We will definitely be back next year and look forward to staying at the property again! '

'We had work at a local facility so we were not looking for a high end place. The accommodations worked well for us and were were close enough to where we working and local restaurants. We did get put into a different place then originally booked online but was still in the same complex. '

'The view was ok you did get a limited view of the water. The beach and location were great. The facilities are old and the pool was murky and the spa was not heated and in even worse condition than the pool. The beach was amazing and you don’t miss the pool and spa. Very friendly staff with a on site restaurant and many food options along the beach in either direction. The condo was clean and updated on the inside. However the AC unit made a lot of noise and was impossible to sit on the balcony...

'The Communication was very poor. The day before they changed where i was staying and never communicated. I had to keep sending a message. I read the previous review and still like to give the property another chance. Do not go here!!!!!! The place was so hot. One AC in the bedroom only. So the living room stayed hot.....The only thing good about the visit was the housekeeper. Such an amazing person. '

'Perfect location! Just a walk away from everything! Love this place.'

'The tv didn't work and the internet and signal was poor... however it was relaxing'

'Pros: Property was clean, well equip with necessities eg: pots Utensils ect. Host communicate well . Cons: Housekeeping did not replenish towels or take trash. No Television, couldn't watch the local news. It's best to bring a laptop, tablet or some device for entertainment inside the apartment, very boring without the television. Overall stay was good.'
