Property seems almost new. High ceiling throughout. Very pleased with room to include breakfast.

Quality Inn Monteagle
This is extremely clean Quality Inn. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay, but there was no yogurt. They had no coffee prepared in the evening.

There was mold all over the room. We asked the front desk to cancel the reservation because we would stay somewhere else. They apologized and said that they could not do anything since the reservation was made through Hotels.com. When we reached out to Hotels.com they said the property would not ...
