'in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect '

'The only reason that I booked this stay was to take my 8 year old son swimming. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant so we had absolutley nothing to do. I tried to contact expedia numerous times and they basically did not care. I am an umeployed sngle mother so I spent all this money that I had to save for so long to sit in a house and do nothing. I am very upset because yet again another company is getting away wth ripping off a customer and nothing happens. I contacted them right away...
