'Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. '

John updated and his wife tastefully decorated their cottage and thought of everything including spices, toiletries, swim toys and a fully stocked kitchen allowing for great home cooked meals. 'The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. '
