« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« We had a great experience during our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the heated pool, it was a game changer on some of the windiest days. We visited during a busy period when the hotel had a lot of guests, so the pool felt crowded during peak hours. This also affected the breakfast experience, which felt less relaxed than we had hoped. « We LOVED everything about the property. The staff was lovely and helpful. The lobby and grounds are gorgeous and clean. The ocean view from our room was beautiful and the pool was refreshing and well maintained. We loved that the beach was steps away and even though it’s a large resort it was easy to get where you needed to go. The Luau was so fun with delicious food and convenient! We have only positive remarks and would stay again! »
