'My stay here as a solo traveler was the best decision I made for my trip. Dave and Shami were so friendly, kind, welcoming, and just genuinely good people. The room was so cozy and has an incredible view overlooking Rotorua. The breakfast spread was incredible and it was lovely to spend some time talking to other travelers about where they’re from and get ideas. I absolutely plan to come back again and recommend this place to anyone passing through Rotorua.'

'Could not reccoment Hana Lodge more, the staff are amazing, so friendly, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, charming, unique the artwork is beautiful and quirky as are the sculptures around the property. Breakfast is included everyday and the food is beautiful compliments to the chef and to everyone who we interacted with during our stay ❤️'

Local restaurants near by. Valet parking but free weekend on street parking. Improvements needed - Room configuration slightly odd. Kitchen in an odd place, near door entrance and woodrobe.
