It is handy to lots of interesting places, both free and touristy. Scott and Sharon were friendly and had lots of great suggestions about where to go and what to see. Highly recommended!'

'We loved the character of the boat shed. Good fire wood supply, and panel heaters, kept the house cosy and warm. Beds were comfortable. Freya was very easy to communicate with. We were very appreciative of the late check out. We would happily stay again, a beautiful spot looking over the lake.'

'This was a return visit and we enjoyed it even more than the 1st time. The property is fantastic, plenty of space and everything you need is there including Kayak which got plenty of use by the teenagers. Tim gave us loads of local activity recommendations which were new and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days and will definitely return again'

'Overall very enjoyable and only hitch no gas for the BBQ, but felt maintenance had been let slip, lights in one bathroom didn't work, clothes dryer door latch broken, main doors to deck unable to be used, outdoor chair broken, coffee milk-frother agitator missing, broken tile in laundry floor, all minor other than the deck doors and could/should have been repaired before our stay.'

'Mooie comfortabele huisjes met mooi ligging en redelijk uitzicht. Van alle motels en hotels op onze route had deze de meest bureaucratische en irritante incheckprocedure: Ondanks dat ik online geboekt had en ze al mijn gegevens al hadden moest ik alles nog eens invullen op meerdere formulieren! Verder is het personeel niet bijzonder vriendelijk, zijn de huisjes gehorig, valt er op het onderhoud wel wat aan te merken en als je met open raam slaapt heb je nog redelijk wat last van verkeerslawaai...
