'Posto incantevole, camera che in verita' è un mini appartamento ben dotato, wifi funzionante. Suggerirei un accesso piu' agevole alla Reception (telefonando, nella Reception vuota, al numero, il tel suonava a vuoto, comunque mi hanno aiutato subito dei collaboratori, una gentilissima signora), e visto che non viene fatta la colazione al mattino ma la camera è fornita di bollitore e macchina caffe', di mettere due biscotti secchi, confezionati. Io li ho portati da casa, ma insomma, in giro per...

'Beautifully renovated house with lovely dog walks around the area. The local restaurant (walking distance) is also excellent and you can buy gifts at their farm shop. We'd happily stay again. The breakfast staff were delightful and attentive. '

'We stayed with friends in this house near Zocca. we liked the basement where we could have fun, and the rustic look of the house. We had a wonderful week! Please mind that the pool, and two other rooms included on the advert are not included in the accommodation. This could have been listed more clearly, but Paul was willing to meet us halfway there so that was nice.'

Barbara (the host) could not have been a better host - she is so accommodating to everything we asked, her home is breathtaking and we are planning on returning to visit! 'The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host'
