Herbergen in Moalboal

'It's a small hotel on a back street, only a short walk from the Moalboal bus stop (5 minutes). rooms are spartan and the usual Philippine combo shower toilet. The window-mounted A/C sounded like a 737 at take-off, but you could hear the conversations from the house next door if you didn't run it. The local roosters (next door) will give you great entertainment (not) all night as they squawk at each other. It is a 10 min tr-cycle ride to the tourist part of Moalboal and the sardine swimming.'

'First of all, we did not stay at the property! When we arrived to check in we were taken to the back of the property and shown a one bedroom apartment. It wouldn’t have been so bad but the listing we had booked was a two bedroom apartment. It simply was unacceptable and we requested a refund on the spot. Was told by daisy that we needed to contact VRBO, which we later learned was a lie. We contacted VRBO and although they seemed concerned and helpful, I have yet to see a refund for the property...
