Our house - house Alpkönig- a semi-detached house, is, as the name implies, in a beautiful south-facing slope, in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. The location, away from the hustle and bustle, no fence, no barrier, no entertainment, but so central that well-known excursion destinations are well and promptly accessible in all directions. Here is the ideal starting point for hikes and trips to sunny Allgäu. In the village there are shops and several restaurants. Our house can accommodate one or two families (sleeps 6). Living room with comfortable dining / seating area, comforting fireplace and exit to the south terrace and beautiful garden. The living / dining room is equipped with a radio, CD player, color cable TV, DVD player m. USB, Internet connection. Kitchen with 4-burner stove / oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher. Of course, all dishes available and div. Electr. Devices such as water u. Egg cooker, toaster. Two bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes and daylight bathroom with toilet, bath and sink on the upper floor. Other two beds in the converted loft, suitable accessible via a space-saving staircase, so only conditionally recommended for children under 5 years. For skiing you can use the Skikammer front of the house available. Parking for your vehicle can be found at the house. So on three floors you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In our house you will always find a basic supply of food, cleaning and bath products are at guests and consume. Only consumed products must be replaced. Here the basic equipment: toilet paper (at least 5 rolls.), Soap, toilet cleaner, cotton swabs, sugar, sweetener, salt, div. Spices, olive oil, vinegar, div. Fruit and black teas, coffee, coffee filters, napkins, dish soap, dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher, cleaning cloths, pot scourers cleaning supplies, garbage bags, shoe cleaning kit. In the bathroom a hair dryer and a magnifying mirror are available for you.





The deposit payable on arrival in the amount of € 150, - is cash to our housekeeper or a delegated person to hand over and will be returned on departure, provided that the house in proper condition to our housekeeper, was returned to you. The deposit will be refunded only if the guest cards are on arrival every guest, adults and children, handed out, be given back. In the event of loss or non-return, 25.00 per guest card will be deducted from the deposit.
