'STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

'The view was great and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it! Although, the sofa pull out bed was super uncomfortable, the bed was thing and it would sink in. Including the side beds in the hallway, the beds were so uncomfortable and no airflow of a/c, which made it super hot! Another thing, was when you went outside the balcony, people would smoke outside of it and you even smelled not only cigarette but weed. Including outdated TVs that you couldn’t log in to any apps that have services to watch...

'Incredible view of the beach. The condo was clean and as described. Nice amenities including a pool, and hot tub. It’s nice that you get a complimentary parking pass instead of having to pay for parking. Minutes away from The Surf Hut, which is our favorite restaurant in Destin. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!'

'This was a great place to stay. It was clean, and even though it is not directly on the beach, you get a direct view from the balcony of the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and my group had an amazing time!'
