'STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

'Let me start by saying this was the best experience we have ever had. We traveled from TN. We arrived earlier than expected and Lauren let us check in a little early. Her home is beautiful and just perfect for the beach get a way we were hoping for. Check in was simple and easy! Everything was clean and in working condition. 'Our host was prompt to reply to messages. We had one minor maintenance issue that was resolved quickly. We loved that the unit had extra beach chairs and boogie boards! The beds were a little more firm than we like, but there was enough extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be beneficial to have a lock on both sides of the beach bar gate. I was locked out on the pool deck and would have liked to have just exited through the bar. Lovely place. Can’t wait to...

'Small but very efficient space with a great view. Everything we needed for a 2 week stay. Kitchen is well equipped for a modest amount of cooking. Plenty of towels and dresser/closet hanger space to unpack and stash suitcases under the bed. Very clean. Owners were responsive if we had questions. Would stay here again!'
