« Very relaxed place just near the beach (although the sand is dark). Staff is quite nice and can assist your needs. Location is good, not far from anything if you have a motorbike (which you will). Room is alright with good AC and large enough not to feel cramped, it even had a TV! Breakfast is enough just to get your day going. « First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...
