« We were very happy with our stay at the Lux Seaside Retreat! Check-in was super easy. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Even details like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and travel-size toiletries were all provided. We loved the location, just a block away from the bayside beach. We weren't able to use the garage to park one of the cars due to the renovation but neighbor was very nice an let us park a car in their extra spot. I would stay there again in the future. »

« The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. « The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. »

« We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street.
