'This is a horrible dirty house on a council estate and not the photo that you see in the picture - we had booked and paid for this not knowing any of this about 6 months ago - when we arrived - we were told that the room had been given to someone else - we were abused verbally and aggressively by the owner - who followed us when we went to my car to phone the police - he denied he was on Expedia - refused to give us our money - the police now have all this information - DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR...

'Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. '

'As always a great stay - I book here now rather than the many hotels as it is very comfortable and great to have extra space when you are spending several nights. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. '
