'Property is very dated. Pillows are completely flat. Shower and sink handle turned completely in a circle making it hard to turn water off. Drawers were broken and missing from the dresser. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. 'During the day you can see staff working hard to maintain the property—they are all very polite and helpful. A special thanks to Maria for her help! The lake is peaceful and a serene view. Parking is super easy and my room was cleaned well! The only feedback I have is to offer more than just tea/coffee and travel size boxes cereal for breakfast options—there are no options except for choosing the kind of cereal you’d like. 'Better than expected! I was worried about the cleanliness based on the reviews but it was actually fairly clean, besides a few stains in the shower and a decent amount of dust. The bed area was very clean and we were very pleased with our stay. The parking, pool, and hot tub were amazing!!! The only issue we faced was the lack of microwave and fridge but we missed that on the listing so it’s not necessarily the property’s fault but just something to note as most motels offer these amenities...

'The room was musty smelling and the carpet felt damp when walking one t.The linoleum in bathroom was coming up and the room was overall dingy looking and smelling. The overall property outside was not bad. Breakfast was hardly anything. Very minimal'
