'Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...

'Property (or at least my room and the garage) need maintenance. Room was run down- barely cleaned- chunks of dust bunnies in the middle of the floor. Bathroom floor had dirt sitting on it- as if someone with work boots had walked through it. Wallpaper peeling off bathroom walls. 'Het hotel ligt opzich op een goeie plek. Met de auto ben je overal vrij snel. Alleen de accomodatie zelf heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. Onze kamer was netjes en schoon maar de rest van het pand is behoorlijk in verval. Het zwembad was onbruikbaar, wat ze naar mijn mening wel moeten repareren.ontbijt was heel karig en smakeloos. 'Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). Probably the best part is the location, just a few miles from Union Station, the Jazz District, downtown and the WW1 museum with a great coffee shop across the street.'
