'Adorable little hotel, only about a dozen rooms and unstaffed but quiet and discreet. Rooms are sheik and the beds are fantastic (like really comfortable). Probably the best part is the location, just a few miles from Union Station, the Jazz District, downtown and the WW1 museum with a great coffee shop across the street.'

'The Fontaine is a very chic hotel walking distance to the Plaza. The rooftop pool is a great place to spend a day and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the rooms could use some maintenance. Our bathroom door was broken upon arrival (but quickly fixed, just seemed like a common occurrence), and the toilet flushing created a loud and long grinding sound. 'Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by. CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...

'I definitely come back and stay in this hotel, it has clean room and good breakfast, my only problem is the reception staff that needed training for customer service. We checked in at almost 8pm and say hello to this lady in the reception, she didn’t bother to smile and welcomed us, just said need the name and your credit card, pointing the direction and that’s it ! 'Het hotel ligt opzich op een goeie plek. Met de auto ben je overal vrij snel. Alleen de accomodatie zelf heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. Onze kamer was netjes en schoon maar de rest van het pand is behoorlijk in verval. Het zwembad was onbruikbaar, wat ze naar mijn mening wel moeten repareren.ontbijt was heel karig en smakeloos.
