'The building has received recent upgrades. The staff was friendly and amenities were nice. My only complaint was you can hear everything. We were on the first floor and could hear other above us, beside us and in the hallway, which made it hard to rest. '

'A huge amount of noise came from the ventilation unit. Turning off heating/airco did not help anything, it kept blowing at a huge speed with a lot of noise. It sounded like sleeping next to an aircraft engine. The person at hand suggested to swap rooms next door. The exact same thing. After that, his comment was “oh this must be normal”. It was far from normal. Did not sleep and thus not enjoy our stay! Would not recommend it. Lack of help or compassion. '
