Flats in Midden van South Carolina

'The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. '

'This property is across the street from my son and his family, so its location is its most appealing feature for me. It's reasonably clean and comfortable, and was surprisingly warm and toasty on a cold winter weekend. It's not exceptional (weird floor plan, bed is ultra firm, art is not my style,) but I was overall happy with it until the door keypad locked me out at 6:30 am the morning I was set to check out when I went to the grocery store to pick up eggs for breakfast. 'Very quaint lodging in a beautiful neighborhood. Nicely decorated and furnished. Loved the attached screened in porch for morning coffee and evening relaxation while at our unit. Much nicer than having to stay in 2 hotel rooms. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.'

'I love this building as a place to stay when we visit our son and his family. Great neighborhood, perfect layout for the 2 of us, great communication with the hosts. I missed the walk-in shower that is typical of the units but they brought us a bath mat as soon as I asked. We will definitely stay in this building every time we visit!'
