Welcome to SuCasa Bay, a peaceful waterfront retreat with direct canal access to Biscayne Bay. Spend sunny days by the saltwater pool, launch a kayak or paddleboard from the private dock, cast a line, or unwind in the hammock while spotting jumping fish, iguanas, and crabs.



Grill and dine outdoors, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores as the sun sets. A one-of-a-kind Miami escape made for relaxing, reconnecting, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

WATERFRONT & OUTDOOR LIVING



The backyard is the heart of SuCasa Bay. Spend sunny Miami days by the private saltwater pool, relax on the loungers, or head to the dock to launch the kayak or paddleboards and enjoy the canal with direct access to Biscayne Bay.



Cast a line from the dock with the fishing poles provided, or settle into the hammock with a book while watching for jumping fish, iguanas, crabs, and other local wildlife. When evening comes, fire up the grill, dine together outdoors, and gather around the fire pit for s’mores as the sun sets.



INSIDE THE HOME



The open living spaces make it easy to spend time together while still having room to spread out. Relax in the living room with views toward the pool and canal, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy a little friendly competition with ping-pong and board games.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a wine fridge, cookware, dishes, coffee-making essentials, a dishwasher, and filtered refrigerator water. The indoor dining table seats 10, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter.



A colorful Miami-inspired photo wall adds a fun local touch, and yoga gear is available to use indoors or take outside for a stretch by the pool or waterfront.



WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP



• Bedroom 1: King canopy bed + ensuite bathroom + pool and canal views

• Sleeps up to 12 guests



Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.



GOOD TO KNOW



• Boat Docking: The private dock can accommodate boats up to 32 feet with prior approval, at no additional charge. The boat lifts shown in the photos are not operational. Guests bringing a boat must provide their own docking gear, including lines and fenders. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm your boat can be accommodated.



• Pool: The pool is not heated. Pool service takes place every Tuesday and Friday, and the service provider may briefly access the outdoor area during your stay.



• Lawn Service: Lawn service takes place weekly, alternating between Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The service provider may briefly access the outdoor area during your stay.



• Family + Laundry Essentials: The home includes a washer and dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A Pack ’n Play with sheets and a high chair are available upon request.

• Housekeeping: Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire property. The home is exclusively yours during your stay and is not shared with other guests.



For housekeeping and owner supplies, one closet in the primary bedroom and one hallway closet remain locked. Guests still have access to a separate closet and dresser in the primary bedroom for their belongings.



Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

SuCasa Bay is tucked into a peaceful waterfront neighborhood just south of Miami Shores, offering a quieter side of Miami while keeping you close to the city’s beaches, dining, nightlife, and attractions.



The canal behind the home connects directly to Biscayne Bay, and the surrounding tropical scenery is part of what makes the setting so special. Palm trees, jumping fish, iguanas, crabs, and other local wildlife are all part of the waterfront experience.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is the easiest way to explore Miami from the home.



The driveway can accommodate up to 3 standard vehicles, 1 RV + 1 car, or 1 truck with a boat/trailer + 1 car. Two additional vehicles may park on the grass area in front of the home.

• Miami Beach: 15–20 min

• Downtown Miami / Kaseya Center: 20 min

• South Beach: 25–30 min



Drive times are estimates based on normal traffic conditions. During rush hour, travel times may increase substantially and can occasionally take up to twice as long.



Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.



• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. At all other times, guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and be respectful of the residential neighborhood. Noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.



• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outdoors only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.



• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the home, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the home cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.



• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.



• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: Reservations with more than 8 guests are subject to an additional fee of $20 per guest, per night.



Interaction with Guests:

Your stay is completely private, but our team is always available if you need us. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, and you can reach us throughout your stay with any questions or requests.



Our team speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, and we can also assist with other languages using translation tools. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
