By car, Lincoln Road is 10 minutes away. Brickell’s financial hub is 25 minutes away, and the Miami International Airport is 25 minutes away.

Additional conveniences include 24/7 valet parking and a 24-hour welcome desk. Valet parking is available on site at $50 per night plus taxes. Beach chairs are available for rent.



POOL UPDATE: The pool is currently under construction and is expected to reopen by the end of the week or early October. Reopening is subject to change.

★ LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa bed for additional accommodations. Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows with lots of natural light and views. Open concept to the kitchen with a dining table in between the spaces.

Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.



★ PARKING:

Valet parking only. Overnight rate of $50 per day, payable directly to the building. There is also paid street parking and public parking garages nearby.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ GUEST SCREENING:

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

We suggest driving. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options.
