Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable.
After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room. This happened late at night, on my wedding night, which made the situation even more frustrating and inappropriate.
When I went downstairs to clarify what was going on, I was suddenly told I had to pay a $500 deposit that was never mentioned at any point during the booking process. This deposit was completely unexpected and far higher than the value of the stay. No one could properly explain why it wasn’t disclosed beforehand.
Due to the lack of communication, poor coordination, and the way the situation was handled, I felt uncomfortable and disappointed and decided to leave the property altogether.
This stay showed a serious lack of organization and professionalism. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free or respectful experience.
