Apartment 1121 at The Alexander is a beautiful and newly renovated apartment (April 2015) signature corner suite consisting of 3 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is converted den) and 2 full bathrooms. It is a 1200 square foot corner unit with 20 foot balcony that has ocean views to the east, southern corner, and western intracoastal city views. Gets sun exposure all day and breathtaking sunsets. Master bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and own private bathroom. There is a 2nd large guest bedroom with 3 Twin single beds. Additional full guest bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, a converted den, has either a sofa sleeper or we can provide an additional rollaway bed. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, double bowl stainless sink, refrigerator, freezer, ovens, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area seats up to 8. Washer/dryer in apartment. Wi-Fi and flat screen TV's.

Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 8 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
