The Space:

Le Golden Bay 902 (more than 1400 square feet) is perfect for a stay up to 6 people, the best option for your “home away from home” since the condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds), a full equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and direct access to a balcony. Laundry facilities are available in the unit. The only thing missing is you and your swimming suit. While staying at Le Golden Bay, you’ll enjoy a moment of relaxation at the spa or the pool onsite. We offer free Wi-Fi internet connexion, so you’ll be able to share your memorable moments with your friends. Beach towels and parasol are available to enjoy a day at the beach.

A minimum length of stay is required to stay at Le Golden Bay.

In general, the length of stay determined by seasons and holidays.

April 15th to December 14th: 6 nights

December 15th to December 18th: 6 nights

December 19th to January 5th: 14 nights

January 6th to April 14th: 6 nights



Arrival and departure:

We are asking you to let us know about your arrival so we’ll meet you there to check in.



Check in time: From 4 P.M to 9 P.M

*Late check in fees applies (upon check in) for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after midnight.

Check out time: maximum 10 A.M

Important things to know during your stay:

We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.



During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkeling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!
