**Standard Studio with balcony and ocean view, located on the 7th floor. This Studio has 1 queen beds and 1 daybed, 1 bathroom and kitchenette (No full kitchen) and is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. The total reservation includes internet and basic cable, final cleaning, taxes and free parking for 1 car through the valet parking system

This is a condo / hotel, so there is no porterage, safes, daily cleaning or phones in the rooms.

Great view, bad accomadation

Druk en onverzorgd gebouw. Pool was gevuld maar niet toegankelijk.(was aangegeven door verhuurder) De gym en jacuzzi’s waren ook gesloten. Kamer is toe aan een opknapbeurt, bedden lagen verschrikkelijk. Op de verdieping stonk het enorm naar wietlucht. Konden savonds niet de deuren open zetten omdat binnen no time het appartement stonk naar de wietlucht. (Geen aanrader met jonge kinderen) Geboekt voor 4 personen(er zijn 4 bedden) maar voor de rest was alles ingesteld op 3 personen. De deur naar het balkon kon niet op slot. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was grandioos mooi. Maar daar is alles mee gezegd. De strandstoelen zijn ook aan vervanging toe. Wij zouden hier niet nogmaals boeken.

The check-in process was not good. The process was very slow. The elevator situation was horrible. The staff was mostly rude and not helpful. The restaurant staff was slow but the food was good. I attempted to contact the rental company to check on a possible late checkout. Two phone calls to the answering service and a text to a number the service gave me, I received no phone call or text back. I did receive an email several hours after my first contact.

We had a wonderful stay. We would've given 5-star ratings across the board except for a few inconveniences. 1.) I had to do a quick "repair" on the cable wiring to receive TV and cable. Connection was loose, I simply adjusted wire and reconnected. All was fine after that.2.) I had some difficulty getting a consistent flow of hot water while showering. Overall fine, but I like my showers a little bit warmer.

Horrible elevator wait time. The complex should teach people how to work “smart elevator”. Need a list of all the complex’s “rules”. Security very strict-on some weird things. Must always have shoes/shirts-even coming from pool/beach. If you order a package-you can only get it during late evening hours. Room needs some major TLC!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, first of all I rented the studio 727 and was given a different one 929, I can’t compare one to another because I never saw the one I rented ,727. Speaking about the 929, Accommodations are old, bed is very uncomfortable , a thin mattress on top of another. One of the days when we got back from the beach, dirty water from apartment above was leaking into the bathroom, it had a strong odor, very disgusting. But the worse part was the Valet, it takes about 30 minutes to take your car when you need it, and at least another 30 when you comeback, they damage my car and was playing stupid with me, they wont take any responsibility, I had to call the police to make a report. I was given a name of a supposed manager who never showed up or returned any calls or email. The valet at this place are scammers,I don’t know how Florida let them stay in business..This place ruined our family vacation.

No major problems. Everything worked. View was nice. Quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom needs more plugs or an electrical strip. Property needs some TLC - mirrored walls are peeling/oxidizing (?), shower head sprays haphazardly, tub spout drips when showering, towel hook in tub fell off and kitchen drain is broken. Bummer the Fitness Center was closed but I enjoyed running on the beach path. Did not use the pool because it was too windy.

Do not stay here!

Never did a review before this as I didn’t think it necessary but this place was horrible! The building itself was RUNDOWN and neglected and looked like a seedy casino hotel. People checking in needed to see the security guard to get into their rooms. Thankfully we had the door code ahead of time. Unfortunately you need a phd to figure out the “smart elevators”. Hallway carpeting was dated and dirty. Room was clean but very dated and rundown. Shower head was rusty. Tub was patched poorly and didn’t drain until my friend pulled a ball of hair (not hers!) out of the drain. The hook in shower came off the wall when we tried to hang our bathing suits on it. Dilapidated mirrors all over the apartment felt like the funhouse but not in a fun way. Furniture was falling apart. Bathroom door veneer was coming off. Had to reset the WiFi router twice to get it working and was given the wrong login info by the c management. Staff was rude. No shopping/restaurants within walking distance. There were 2 positives: 1. coffee in the convenience store was good but you had to pay in cash unless you spent more than 10. And don’t give them a 20 bill or they will look at you like you just spit in their hand. 2. The beach was beautiful and convenient but the beach chairs were so uncomfortable we didn’t bother using them. We had the code to get back in the complex but many did not and stood at the gate like vultures waiting for someone in the know to let them in.

Could use some modern updates: Glass walls could be removed with better coffee maker. Beach chairs were not in great shape, although making any available is a nice perk. Aside from that, very clean and comfortable. Great view!

Beach Location

Beach access was what we were looking for and it’s what we got! Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Close to airport. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance, one is in the building. Valet was great. Pool was open and had a bar. When I called because our door code didn’t work, it was resolved quickly. Checking in was confusing and chaotic.Had to park, go check in to security, have ids for all adults, then go give valet the key and parking stub. The elevators can have long wait times so we took the stairs down a few times. Overall, the unit itself was small and outdated, but it was clean, had beach access, and was close to the airport. The communication and customer service with Blu Vacations was excellent.

This place was amazing! it was clean with a perfect view! Host was very helpful. It is RIGHT on the beach! I am so glad we stayed here and would for sure stay here again! PS the valet crew is top notch!

Disappointing

I recently stayed at this studio rental and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The place is a tiny studio awkwardly divided into two "rooms" with a sliding door. When we arrived, the place was not clean at all. There was hair in the showers, and we had to clean everything ourselves. The bed covers were stained, the appliances were old, and the silverware was rusted. I asked for extra towels and soap, but it took two days to get them, which was really inconvenient. The building itself was also a letdown. On the weekends, the wait for the elevator was ridiculous – sometimes up to 10 minutes. The valet service wasn't any better, often taking 20 minutes to get our car. The gym equipment was rusted and unusable, and I heard many other residents complaining about it. The laundry room was another disaster; the dryer actually burned my clothes. To top it off, trying to relax on the balcony was impossible because of smoke from cigarettes and marijuana coming from other units. It seems like no one enforces the non-smoking rules, which made the environment feel chaotic.

Gorgeous oceanside retreat

Far from the bustle of South Beach, this Mid Beach condo provides just the right amount of rest and relaxation! It's a quick drive to tons of restaurants and shops, too, so it doesn't feel secluded. Definitely going to be my go-to Miami getaway for future visits.

Bath tub old,blackish spots (disgusting) w/no rinsed bleach! glaze chipping (drain stopper & faucet not working for hot bathtub. Water needed be gathered from shower, therefore no way taking hot bathtub for muscle pain/relaxing. Keetle not working. Cup dirty & Wi-Fi wrong #. my two morning days had to wait for maintenance and wifi pal. Beach pool gate code screwed.Everyone awaiting 4 someone to exit out to the beach to get in to condo. If I would have known what I paid it'll be just for the view, I'd have gone somewhere else. Uber guy told me many passenger complained about the building. I look forward for a refund of my two half days wasted awaiting for pleople to fix the appt.issues. Instead having a time break to relax it was a nightmare. I look forward to hearing from owner, otherwise I'll submit a complaint.

Clean & comfortable with a great view

Loved the balcony view from this 7th floor unit. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All things were in good working order. The unit is not fancy, which was fine for our needs. If you want something super updated, this is not the place for you, but if what you want is a clean & comfortable place right on the beach, it is a great fit. Only 2 things I’d recommend changing are some better beach chairs & the shower head, which gave zero water pressure. Note - this is more of a family area and not a good location for spring breakers or if you want a lot of amenities in close walking distance. But the free trolley stops right out front & the walk to the northern part of town was quite do-able.

Quirky but AMAZING

The hotel was quirky and different, but absolutely amazing. The room was way better than expected. The view was incredible. Amazing food and little stores in the hotel. Would highly recommend.
