Apartment 702 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a DIRECT OCEANFRONT 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Newly renovated and furnished with Master bedroom direct oceanfront with king bed and bonus single twin, Guest bedroom has 3 single twin beds, 2 twins can be assembled as a king, 3rd bedroom has queen double bed and bonus 4th bedroom has a full size bed. It is a larger 1200 square foot apartment with a very large ocean front corner balcony. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a living and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean. Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 9 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
