« We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it...
