'Das komplette Personal und ich meine damit wirklich alle sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind immer top top gereinigt. Wir hatten 2x Problem mit unserem TV. Bei der zweiten Beanstandung haben sie uns einen neuen TV montiert. Das Essen schmeckt in allen Restaurants sehr lecker und es wird nie langweilig. Auch die Animation ist sehr gut - vor allem an Regentagen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen. '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'The hotel is beautiful and rooms are updated and clean. Staff on point with everything. We loved that it was adults only. The only thing I didn’t like is the check in process seemed rushed. They didn’t honor the room upgrade perk although I’m assuming they didn’t have too. We got a few coupons which was like 20 and 40 dollars off of certain things if we choose to buy. Also 50 dollars extra if we wanted to stay on the VIP portion of the hotel. I thought this was what the Expedia perk would’ve...
