'It was a beautiful resort. They clean the sargassum often, very attentive, the pool was clean, and the drinks weren’t watered down. I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on site, Hakka, as their food was delicious. I loved our stay!'

'Breathless definitely lived up to its name. My balcony view was gorgeous! I was able to see the beach and the sunset was amazing! The all-inclusive resort was great for drinks although the food was very American. The outdoor pools were near the bars. They had excursions on the site you could book from zip lining to catamaran tours. There was karaoke night and other entertainment in case you don't want to leave the resort. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'They wouldn’t allow me to leave. I was checking out, and my dad had another bracelet for the room but he was down the road. They kept me locked in the property behind a gate, and said I couldn’t leave until my dad brought the bracelet back. My dad was going to bring it back, but they forced me to stay there until he came back. The staff were rude and putting their hands in my moms face and being very dismissive. The AC also didn’t work in my room, so I slept all sweaty. It was a crap hotel.'
