'This house is wonderful. The view of the waves is amazing. The property is clean. The kitchen supplies were underwhelming but adequate. The coffee pot wasn’t working so we bought a new one. Microwave didn’t quite heat up so we just use the stove top. We had planned on eating out most meals anyways so many great local restaurants nearby. And the best of all is Camelo the local dog that’s been his days at this house. 13 out of 10 for sure!!!'

'We’ve been to 3 separate RIU locations and this was by far our least favorite. However, I think this is a case of you get what you pay for and realizing this is more of a younger demographic party resort. The rooms are very basic and outdated. The themed restaurants are only open for dinner whereas at other RIUs they are open for lunch as well. Otherwise you are stuck with the buffet, which was lacking more costly items like seafood. 'The staff is absolutely awesome, the resort is showing its age. We had 5 nights in the 7th floor corner sweet. The Air conditioning was absolutely horrible temperature in the room would not go below 75 degrees. No inside activities on the property such as a game room. Just pools, beach, food and bars. The room had a poop smell and just wouldn’t recommend staying again. But the staff absolutely excellent '

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Nunca habían toallas para secarse. Tenías que caminar mojado por todo el hotel hasta tu cuarto. Para los restaurantes, la lista de espera era de dos horas. La comida y cena del buffet no cumplieron nuestras expectativas. El baño se inundó dos veces y tardaron en ir a destaparlo y secarlo. Todo se veía viejo y sucio. '

Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food. '
