'There was no laundry onsite, the pool was smaller than a bathtub- not even plunge pool size (only one small person would fit), and the ceilings were too short for my husband to stand comfortably. We ended up canceling and contacted the host immediately after booking an alternative place, but were still denied a refund.'

'This lovely home is in a wonderful location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the main plaza. The colonial architecture and beautiful paint colors make the setting very pleasing. On hot Yucatán days, the dipping pool is a pleasure. The home has great showers and comfortable beds. The furniture is also comfortable which isn't always the case in Mexico. We would stay here again on our next visit to the Yucatán. Highly recommend!'
