Villa Arual is an elegant and spacious detached villa located in Arenal d'en Castell, Menorca, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people.



Situated in a quiet area by the sea, it offers a relaxing atmosphere within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free holiday.



The villa has a surface area of 203 m² and features three double bedrooms with air conditioning: two with single beds and one with a double bed, which includes an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom with a bathtub.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



The lounge is spacious and bright, with a sofa and armchairs, satellite television and free wifi, as well as direct access to the outdoor area, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxing or socialising.



Outside, the villa has a private garden with a swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, a dining area next to the pool and a barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
