Villa's in Mercadal

'The villa is fully equipped and is a wonderful place to stay. If I had to mention a downside it would be that there is not much outdoor space. Not a problem for us, but if the children are younger I would prefer that less. But definitely worth the 5 stars.'

'Hannah, the property owner is fabulous and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The size of the pool was definitely a bonus. Some of the villa owners were staying at the same time as us, which made the pool area a little busier than usual. The beach is within walking distance, ( some steep steps) but a slightly longer more gentle option available. Also a small carparking area. 'Good size villa for 6 people. Close to beach and supermarket. Swimming pool lovely ands warm and shaded late afternoon when it gets really hot. No pushy restaurants, all relaxed and reasonably priced. Beach stunning. Crystal clear water with fish swimming amount tourists.'

'Thee were 7 of us staying, ranging in age from my parents in their 80’s to our grown up children in their 20s. The house was perfect, so well equipped, clean and suited to the needs of our inter generational family. Rowena was great as our host and we found everything perfect. We would totally recommend Casa Cascada and hope to come back.'

'The villa is only a short walk to the beach and has everything you need for a great stay in Arenal d’en Castell, with air con, a dishwasher and washing machine. The pool was mostly empty all week which was a great bonus! Lovely outside seating which is mostly shaded so is perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. Lots of beautiful restaurants with amazing sea views only 15mins walk so location is perfect!'

'We stayed here for a week at the end of July. The villa is in an excellent location on a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful bay in Arenal de Castell. Only 5 minutes walk to the really well equipped shop and pizzeria. The pool is great and was kept really clean for us during our stay. 'This is a great villa, situated at the end of a quiet road. The sea is within walking distance and and shops and red are within a short drive. The villa is we equipped with everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful but leave you alone unless you need them. The welcome pack was an added bonus as we had a late flight in.'

'We wanted a property in Addaia and this house was perfectly positioned. The management communicated well. Our one complaint was that for a house that could sleep 8 people and had a great outdoor/bbq area, the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking - lots of very empty cupboards - we did get some extra stuff but not in time for our bbq for friends as we didn't notice how little stuff there was. Telly didn't work but we didn't want to watch it. '
