'Very nice hotel, the staff at the reception desk were very helpful any issues were resolved immediately. It’s a beautiful hotel the rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were good. The only problem the windows can’t open. Walkability is a problem if you don’t drive. Otherwise there are shops and restaurants about 3-5 minutes drive. I would recommend staying there and I am looking forward to staying there again. '

'Way overpriced; C$ 221.20 for a room without airconditioning. Temp in room reached 26 degrees Celsius. Then while taking a shower I noticed the small shampoo and shower gel were used and almost empty. Sad but true. At check-in the receptionist had a hard time counting the (partly) cash I paid with. Also a hard time to deduct the cash from the invoice and charge the rest to my MasterCards. The hotel itself has its charmes but is way overpriced. Guess it’s the new reality. '

'Beds in the suite were good, the couch was dirty. Personnel very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was great, lot's of choice for everyone. We stayed 3 nights. '

'Wij waren op doorreis. Per ongeluk een rookkamer geboekt. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om dat om te zetten naar een niet roken kamer.. Hotel ligt langs de snelweg en in de buurt is er niets te doen.'
