Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We found a couple of things that were not as expected. We stayed an extra night due to weather conditions and I was asked to put my credit card through twice so a cleaning deposit could be taken when I booked the second night. But this meant I put my credit card through for this function three times in total. When I asked the host at the desk, he couldnt' answer why I had been asked me to do that twice the day before. I'm still not sure if I'm going to get all of my deposits back, because it seems as if they charged me for three and not two cleaning deposits. In any case, the transaction left me confused and ill at ease.
In the room, there was an ice bucket, but there were no glasses other than plastic cups. Once you are old enough for drinking not to be a novelty anymore, you do not relish drinking wine from plastic throwaway cups. There were no extra blankets in the room and the room ran on the cold side - although once we called down for a blanket, two were very quickly brought up to the room.
The hotel itself was very clean, and very nice for a short stay.
Chandini, a staff member in the restaurant was extremely friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we might need, even without our asking. She was quite wonderful.
