« Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around...

« Very nice property with lots of details in the decor, comfortable and functional furniture. Nice view of the pond from the living area or on the patio. 4 lawn chairs, beach umbrella, a small cooler, etc available for use in the closets. Would stay here again. »

« A few issues that were immediately resolved by the management company. Adding a TV in the bedroom would be a big plus! The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch! See you next year! »
