Other Things to Note:

Don't let the fact that we don't have AC deter you from staying with us. The Perch sits high on a mountain, so there is a constant breeze. We have screens in all the windows so just open them up and let the cool come through.



Interaction with Guests:

We are just phone call away and our numbers are posted in the home.



MBR - no overhead light, but there are two lamps. Ceiling fan is adjusted by pull chain.

LR - gas log lighting instructions are on the fireplace mantle.

NO parties allowed and quiet hour in the private community is 10pm.
