'Loved our stay on Little Lake Joe. Our host was amazingly friendly and helpful and super attentive to everything. The cottage was really great - handled our family and guests with ease and offered great views and perfect waterfront fun. 'We had a little trouble finding the cottage, but that was no fault but our own as we put the directions in wrong. But...once we got there...we were blown away by the place. It was absolutely mesmerizing. Everything inside was clean and organized, not to mention there was tons of things to use! (I.e., paddle boards, paddles, kayak, fishing rods, kitchen cutlery/utilities, towels and bedding). The huge window was where I spent my rainy mornings, looking out at the gorgeous view. ' My group of 16 stayed here and everything was excellent. Lots of places to sleep and hang out. Lake is quiet and great for swimming and only 15 mins from Parry Sound.'

'The cabin was perfect for us and our dog. It is clean with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. The lake is gorgeous and so close to the cabin. Our dog loved romping in it every morning. Our host was kind and very responive. We'd totally stay again.'

'Property and cottage could use a little more attention to maintenance and upkeep: paddle boat was broken as were most of the oars/paddles, most pool noodles were broken or in rough shape, eaves trough leaks over door to kitchen, etc. Despite that, cottage was comfortable inside and we had a great time! 'The cottage has excellent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the lake, relaxing in the hot tub and the nightly campfires. The modern kitchen has all the utensils, cutlery and dishes etc. that you need. The oven and barbecue allowed us to cook delicious family meals together. The only drawback is the closeness of the busy road the cottage is located off of. We could hear the traffic day and night. '

'The Cottages were beautiful. Clean, modern and all the recreational options were available: Boat, canoe, Excellent swimming opportunity. The owner responded almost immediately to requests for info or questions regarding the cottage functioning. The lake is sooo clean and the fishing was great. The residents were very friendly and helpful. We got stuck in the middle of the lake because the gas line got kinked and so many nice people stopped to help us. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend....

'The view is magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We only used the upstairs so can’t speak to the lower level. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own top sheet. Location was perfect for exploring the area. Sunroom and deck and floating deck were all really nice! There is a train that goes by but it didn’t bother us at night because we had 2 fans and a sound machine on. We would stay here again! Loved it. '

'We really enjoyed our family trip to this resort. The hot tub cottage was great, the restaurant was amazing, the owner super nice and available to help 27/7, ice cream shop great, beach - nice and clean and overall great family getaway!
