« Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. »

« Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gym has a fantastic smith machine / squat rack but not much else. Extremely modern and clean rooms. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in YEARS. Typically travel to this area every quarter and will absolutely be booking this hotel everytime going forward. Only complaints: European shower door (water splashes out the back) + you can easily hear doors close throughout the night. 9.6/10 »

My key card wouldn’t work so I came to the front desk to have it fixed and waited at least 20 minutes after hollering, calling the office phone until one guy came out, said he works the 3rd shift but was helping with something in the other room. This was roughly 7pm guy seemed high on something. Not very satisfied »
