« The cabin is very nice, clean and beautiful location. Inside was very nice. It is a bit of a walk with luggage from the parking area to the cabin. Perhaps the owner could invest in a cart of some sort to help with this, especially for older clients. »

« We only spent a night but wish it could have a been a week. The cabin is nestled into a green valley on a nice sized pond with beavers and frogs. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed, with plenty of room for our family of five. Clean communication from the host. Can't wait to return. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pontificator's Perch! The location was very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and for exploring the area. The house was nicely appointed, comfortable and had lots of room, and the view from the deck was amazing. »

« Our stay at the remote cabin was enjoyable and comfortable. The amenities furnished helped make our stay relaxing. There was nothing lacking. We woke to a chilly 38 degrees outside but the cabin was warm. Pat is a fine host! Glad we had a truck to cross the small stream on our way up to the cabin. »
